Service Time

• Service timing is based on the date and time selected by the customer at checkout.
• Tour/service duration varies by booking and customer request, but most services run daytime to evening.

Cancelation Policy

• Full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
• No refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time.

Accepted Payment Methods

Credit card, debit card, and bank transfer.

Payment Timing

• Card payments are charged immediately at the time of booking.
• Bank transfer payments must be completed within 1 hour of booking confirmation. If payment is not received within 1 hour, the booking may be cancelled automatically.

Pricing

• Prices vary depending on the selected service details (such as route, duration, vehicle type, and add-ons). The total price will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.

Additional Fees
